Intervention, Inc., a Colorado non-profit, provides services within the criminal justice system across the state of Colorado including sobriety monitoring (UAs/BAs), electronic monitoring, probation supervision and community corrections.

OVERVIEW
Completes general clerical duties, assist Case Managers with routine paperwork, verifies client job searches, data entry, intake set up for new clients. Bilingual Operations Support Specialists will work closely with clients that are non-English speaking or speak English as a second language.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Maintain confidentiality of client and company information.
- Carry out all duties/responsibilities in accordance with Company values, policies and procedures, applicable laws and contractual obligations.
- Answer all incoming telephone calls promptly and professionally, maintain professional demeanor on phone
- Direct, record and relay all incoming telephone calls and messages appropriately
- Professionally greet and assist all visitors.
- Collect client fees, issue receipts and secure payments according to procedures
- Complete all clerical and filing functions as directed.
- Ensure operation of shared office equipment, trouble shoot office equipment problems and relay technical issues for resolution.
- Order all office supplies as required
- Complete general administrative functions as required including but not limited to copying, faxing, filing, preparation of documents, etc.
- Visually monitor Urinalysis testing of same sex clients
- Monitor testing of clients through breathalyzer, oral swabs, and SleepTime.
- Follow all Field Services policies and protocol on the collection of testing samples.
- Sort and distribute mail daily and maintain postage meter for the program as needed.
- Assist other office staff as needed
- Assist with technology client downloads as required
- Maintain cleanliness and professionalism of public areas
- Drive personal car to other sites or locations as required, including in adverse weather
- Attend required trainings and meetings, and apply skills and knowledge.
- Regular and predictable attendance.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or equivalent credential; AND
- One year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
SKILLS
- Ability to enter data, generate reports and create communications from variety of software programs and databases including Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to operate multi-line telephone system
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Ability to remain calm in stressful situations
- Knowledge of the cultural and socioeconomic characteristics and appropriate techniques and practices for the client population.
- Ability to interact effectively as a team member and independently with Company staff, stakeholders, and with diverse client base.
- Must pass background check and have ability to access to state criminal databases
- Valid drivers license preferred
Starting Pay: $17.76/hr
Hours: Full Time: M-F 3:30pm-midnight
