OVERVIEW
 
The Case Manager Supervisor provides supervision for case managers of residential and non-residential clients within a community corrections facility.

 
Essential Duties/Responsibilities
  • Supervise Residential and Non-residential case managers to ensure job descriptions and program policies and procedures are followed
  • Interview and train case management staff or other staff as required
  • Assign new clients to Case Managers within 24 hours of entering the program
  • Conduct audits of client files ensuring compliance with agency and State standards
  • Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with Company’s values and policies, and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; evaluating performance; providing feedback and development, rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems
  • Perform Case Manager duties as needed
  • Assist Program Director with program team meetings and monthly client house meetings.
  • Assists in preparation of compliance audits
  • Be available for on-call duties as required
  • Attend weekly management meetings
  • Deal appropriately with emergency/crisis situations
  • Assists with hearings of residents with program violations
  • Represent the program through court hearings, as a witness or when subpoenaed

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE 

  • Bachelors degree in Criminal Justice, Social or Behavior Sciences or related field.
  • At least two years supervisory and/or Team Lead experience. 

SKILLS

  • Two years experience in supervision of an offender population. 
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Related education or experience may be substituted on a year for year basis
  • Valid drivers license preferred
  • Must pass a criminal history record check through the Division of Criminal Justice
 

Title: Case Management Supervisor
Starting Pay: $61,235/yr 
Location: Pueblo, CO
Hours: M-F day shift (full time)
