Title: Client Account Specialist II
Location:
Lakewood, CO
Starting Pay: $23.85/hr
Hours: M-F day shift (full time)
 

SUMMARY:  Process client referrals and intakes of the program, prepare monthly billing, assist with administrative HR functions and maintain client trust accounts.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Support, promote and adhere to the mission, values and Code of Conduct of Intervention Inc.

  • Maintain confidentiality of client and company information
  • Carry out all duties/responsibilities in accordance with Company values, policies and procedures, applicable laws and contractual obligations. 
  • Process referrals for Diversion and DOC clients 
  • Schedule new resident intakes with the Department of Corrections and the County jail
  • Manage and update client information in the ETRAC and CCIB database systems timely
  • Create and issue client IDs
  • Track client terminations to coordinate new client intakes for waitlist as needed
  • Schedule clients for photographing and fingerprinting twice a month (site dictated)
  • Coordinate information and prepare variety of monthly statistical reports and billing
  • Maintain and order forms for program as needed
  • Complete basic administrative HR functions, including maintaining and auditing on-site employee personnel information
  • Accurately maintain and record transactions to clients’ Trust Accounts including posting deposits, subtracting subsistence, check requests, bus passes and any other necessary charges and deposits.
  • Provide information regarding client financial information to Case Managers and Administrative staff
  • Prepare and mail in-county restitution payments
  • Collect deposits of all residential and non-residential clients from the main office safe daily
  • Prepare and make bank deposits for client trust account
  • Distribute client checks to case managers weekly
  • Generate monthly client financial reports for reconciliation of bank statements and reimbursements
  • Provide training on client financial procedures with new case managers
  • Monitor client’s amount owed and deduct from account as necessary
  • Audit client financial files monthly
  • Close out client financial files and provide final ledgers to case managers
  • Assist in troubleshooting computer problems and generate help desk requests
  • Track staff training attendance and hours 
  • Assist and provide coverage for support staff as needed
  • Assist management staff as needed
  • Drives personal car to other sites as required, including in adverse weather
  • Attend required trainings and meetings; apply skills and knowledge.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Associate's degree (AA) or equivalent from accredited two-year college or technical school; three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Must pass a criminal history record check through the Division of Criminal Justice.
